  • There are to be at least three (3) people together at all times.
  • Anytime anyone wants to go someplace to view something away from the group, they should get permission of a/the chaperones who will check with Mrs. Richards prior to going anywhere.
  • Group members will be courteous and friendly to each other at all times.  Consider this your substitute family while you are away from home.  Disrespect of others or the property of others will NOT be tolerated.
  • Inappropriate behavior:  cursing, drinking, smoking, disrespectfulness, etc., will not be tolerated and will warrant immediate dismissal from the group.
  • Be conscious of the time schedule because we will be working on a tight schedule and ONE late person can spoil it for the group.
  • Anyone who does not follow the rules or causes any problems affecting the group or tour arrangements will be sent home immediately, at their parent’s expense, if they do not correct their actions after consultation with the Richards and chaperones.
  •  If you have no cell phone, note that all phone calls are to be collect or by credit card.  We will let you know upon arrival at each location if local calls are free at the hotels.  There will be no ipods, cell phones or MP3’s while touring a college campus.
  • If you have friends or relatives in the areas we are touring, they are free to visit with you at the hotel or join us in an activity.  However, if they want to entertain you, that means they will have to entertain the WHOLE TOUR GROUP.
  •  Only ONE piece of luggage is allowed on the trip.  Backpacks may be carried.
